What are your hours?
We are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are fully attended. There is always someone to help you.
Do you take coins or cards?
We are a coin store and have two change machines.
Do you have large machines for bulky items?
Yes, we have extra large washers and dryers.
Can I text the business number?
Yes the laundry number is a cell phone that we have on us all the time any questions and or concerns you can call or text 786-534-8444.
Questions About Wash and Fold:
What is the turnaround time?
We offer same day and next day fluff and fold service, however same day is 20 cents a pound more.
Is there a minimum?
We have a ten pound minimum order.
What kind of products do you use?
We use name brand products and there is a variety that you can select from.
Can I put my wash and fold on my credit card?
Absolutely.
Questions About Pick Up and Delivery:
What days do you do pickup & delivery?
We have pickup Monday - Friday.
What hours is your pickup?
We do pickup/delivery from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
What if I can't be there during those hours?
You can put the location where you will leave your clothes in the software. Examples: On the Porch, On the Back Porch, Behind the Gate, In the unlocked Garage, or With the Apartment Manager.
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time is the next delivery day.
Can I give you my preferences?
Yes, that can be put in the software.
Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customers’ clothes?
No way. Never! Each order is given special attention and never washed or dried with anyone else’s.
Do I have to separate my clothes or prepare them in any special way?
Best to put all your dry cleaning clothes in a bag inside and also if you have whites or clothes you would like to hang up.
We’ll try our absolute best to identify when an item requires a different service than ordered or requested by bag, but we cannot promise that we’ll catch 100% of the items.
For wash & fold, no need to separate clothes by colors. We’ll take care of that for you.
It’s my first laundry pickup - what do I put my clothes in?
You can give us your clothes in any bag. Of course, we recommend a reusable bag (eco-friendly!). We’ll wash it for you and return it with your clean clothes inside your new laundrify bag. Don’t have a reusable bag? A garbage bag works well. You will get a fresh new bag when delivered. If you sign up for weekly or bi weekly pick ups you will receive a custom laundry bag to use.
On mixed orders, make sure to separate your wash & fold from your dry cleaning and launder & press and place in separate bags.
How much does laundry weigh?
15 pounds
About 5 shirts, 4 pairs of pants, 10 tees, 2 pairs of shorts, 3 towels, 10 socks, and 10 undergarments.
20 pounds
Roughly 7 shirts, 5 pairs of pants, 10 tees, 4 pairs of shorts, 5 towels, 20 socks, and 15 undergarments.
25 pounds
About 10 shirts, 6 pairs of pants, 15 tees, 4 pairs of shorts, 5 towels, 20 socks, 15 undergarments, and bed sheets.
